RACE ROUTE CHANGES FOR 2024

The St. Helens Riverfront Renovation Project is now underway at Columbia View Park and along 1^st street in downtown St. Helens.  Due to construction and road closures, we moved our annual races routes temporarily. THANK YOU Columbia River Foursquare Church in St. Helens for letting us borrow their annual Reindeer Run race routes for our 2024 Race Against Child Abuse on April 27.

All four routes head south and southwest from the start. They use an out and back course through town, along the outskirts of town, and on country roads.  They start and end at Columbia River Foursquare Church located at 555 Commons Drive in St. Helens, OR

You can view/print out the course maps here and they will be available the day of the race.

5K Route

The 5k turnaround point is a small loop around McBride Elementary School before heading back north on Columbia Blvd.

10K Route

The 10k starts the same way, but continues onward to its turnaround on Millard Rd.

Half Marathon

The half marathon also shares the same starting miles, but adds a long southward leg on Hazen Rd to its turnaround at the half way mark.
